Identifying and analysis of hierarchal structure and functional differentiation. Besides,
decision making processes and communication channel of current and previous
CEOs (N.Chandrasekaran and Ramadorai)

On this aspect we will discuss about the freedom enjoyed by employees in the
workplace and the kind of working environment encouraged in the office.
- Business Strategy:
On this aspect we will discuss the innovation and operational strategy of the
company in terms of its marketing and distribution techniques.
- Employee and customer satisfaction:
Highlighting ratings and comments from trusted websites and rating agencies
- Ethical standards:
Core values and ethics of the company, morals responsibilities, outlook towards the
society
- CSR activities:
Percentage of revenue towards CSR activities, kind of activities encouraged, employee
involvement
- Employee welfare schemes:
Healthcare schemes for family members, education facilities, opportunities for self
improvement
- Appraisal system:
Methodology and its pros and cons, fairness of the system, equality in the system
across hierarchy
