CEOs (N.Chandrasekaran and Ramadorai)

On this aspect we will discuss about the freedom enjoyed by employees in the
workplace and the kind of working environment encouraged in the office.
- Business Strategy:
On this aspect we will discuss the innovation and operational strategy of the
company in terms of its marketing and distribution techniques.
- Employee and customer satisfaction:
Highlighting ratings and comments from trusted websites and rating agencies
- Ethical standards:
Core values and ethics of the company, morals responsibilities, outlook towards the
society
- CSR activities:
Percentage of revenue towards CSR activities, kind of activities encouraged, employee
involvement
- Employee welfare schemes:
Healthcare schemes for family members, education facilities, opportunities for self
