like to do with the CD. (If not, select iTunes from Start→Programs.)
●
Select “Play audio CD using iTunes” and
press OK.
●
Press the play button
(circled in yellow below)
to begin playing the CD.
Alternate CD playing methods:
● Connect your laptop (see pg. 1) and play CD in it.
No sound? Try these steps while playing sound from your source (Laptop, DVD, etc.).
● The sound system may have been left on before you entered the room (in which case pressing
“ON/OFF BUTTON FOR SOUND SYSTEM ONLY” would have turned it off). Open the door of the
black cabinet and look through the see-through panel labeled “Amplifier.” When the amplifier is on,
it lights up; when the amplifier is off, it is not lit. If you cannot tell whether it is on or off, press the
button labeled “ON/OFF BUTTON FOR SOUND SYSTEM ONLY” again in the lower right of the
white keypad. The amplifier should light up. Then, press the source button again for whichever
source your sound is coming from (Laptop, DVD, etc.).
●
Press and hold the volume up button (on the left of the white keypad) to make sure the volume is
not turned down.
●
Make sure the volume is not turned down or muted on your sound source (for example, if you
are playing music from iTunes on your computer, make sure the volume is not muted or turned
down on the iTunes volume control or on your system's volume control).
●
Use the transport control buttons (play, stop, etc.) on the right side of
the white keypad to control the DVD player.
