Term 4 Week 3

1. Rule up correctly and copy these words into your spelling book. Remember date
and title your work.

2. Alphabetical Order. Put the first 10 words into alphabetical order.

3. Write each of the words in the second column in syllables. Ask you teacher to
check that you have done it correctly and that you can pronounce the words
correctly.

4. Select any 5 words from the first column and write terrific sentences for each word.

5. Select the remaining 5 words from the first column and find the meaning of the
words.

6. For ALL the words in the second column write a meaning and draw a picture to
illustrate the word.

7. Using fancy lettering write out the words in column two again.

8. Ask your teacher to help you find a partner. Quiz each other on your spelling words.
