Servo Lehr Loader, the most
intelligent stacker introduced into
the glass industry.
Four years of development work
with industry experts has seen the
completion of the new T2 stacker.
The timely completion of this
development project is perfect as IS
Machine production speeds have
greatly increased over the last two
years, as well as bottles becoming
signicantly lighter.
The rst T2 Stacker has been
installed on a high performance NIS
12 section Quad Gob IS Machine in
Turkey. This replaced the previous
supplied stacker which was running
on its operating limit.
As well as delivering a signicant
performance increase, the new T2
Stacker has an intelligent interface
allowing the customer to enter
minimal information about the
container and production data into
the 15 touch screen.
The Stacker brain uses advanced
optimization techniques to work out
the smoothest possible deceleration
from cross conveyor speed to lehr
speed. All this is achieved without
the need for the operator to do any
signicant alterations on start up
thus reducing job set up time. The
new Three Axis T2 Lehr Loader is
available now.
