Walton Music HL 08501631
Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est.
Congregavit nos in unum Christi amor.
Exsultemus et in ipso jucundemur.
Timeamus et amemus Deum vivum.
Et ex corde diligamus nos sincero. Amen.
Where charity and love are, God is there.
Te love of Christ has gathered us together.
Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Let us revere and love the living God.
And from a sincere heart let us love one another. Amen.
Program
As I Walk the Silent Earth Tomas LaVoy
GIA Publications G-8613
In each person there exists a void to be flled
with thoughts and words meant only to shield us
in the darkness and to guard us from harm.
We fll that sullen emptiness with thoughts of each soul
who touched our hearts, who stood beside us
through the dim and in the light of day.
For we are all children in our wonderlands,
For we are all each others hatters and our hares.
As I walk the silent earth I sing the songs that you taught me,
those words so full of glory
that in refection I can hardly speak.
And I know that in being company with you
I have found what I seek.
For we are all dreamers in the depths of sleep.
For we are all each others keepers and our kin.
If you would but remember me,how far would I go?
I would tear a hole in the sky
so I could pull out the heart of the moon for thee.
I will live out the life I must live with your song. Life, what is it but a dream?
Unclouded Day arr. Shawn Kirchner
Boosey & Hawkes 48021256
O they tell me of a home far beyond the skies,
Tey tell me of a home far away,
And they tell me of a home
Where no storm-clouds rise: O they tell me of an unclouded day.
Chorus:
O the land of cloudless days
O the land of an unclouded sky,
O they tell me of a home
Where no storm-clouds rise: O they tell me of an unclouded day.
O they tell me of a home
Where my friends have gone
Tey tell me of a land far away
Where the tree of life in eternal bloom
Sheds its fragrance through the unclouded day. (Chorus)
Tey tell me of a King in his beauty there,
Tey tell me that mine eyes shall behold
Where He sits on a throne
Tat is bright as the sun
In the city that is made of gold! (Chorus)
Ride in the Chariot arr. Brandon Waddles
GIA Publications G-8532
Ride up in the chariot soona in the mornin,
Ride up in the chariot soona in the mornin,
And I hope Ill join the band.
Walk and talk with Jesus soona in the mornin,
Walk and talk with Jesus soona in the mornin,
And I hope Ill join the band.
Oh, Lord, have mercy on me,
Oh, Lord, have mercy on me,
And I hope Ill join the band.
Gonna chatter with the angels soona in the mornin,
Gonna chatter with the angels soona in the mornin,
And I hope Ill join the band.
Oh, Lord, have mercy on me,
And I hope Ill join the band.
