It is stated that this Honble Court was pleased to issue summons on various occasions against respondent to appear before this Honble Court and comply with the order of this Honble Court. 3. It is stated that the Respondent despite repeated issuance of summons has failed to appear before this Honble Court and has ignored the directions/order of this Honble Court. 4.
