STEP 1
1. Open picure file Malaysia flag.

STEP 2
2. Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool use (M) and set Feather 30, make a rectangular cover 80% of
the flag like the image.

STEP 3
3. Click Filter -> Distort -> Wave. Set up like the picture below or to suit your image and according to
your own tastes to heart fluttered flags appeared.

STEP 4
4. Then click ok.

See now you are already flying the flag.

5. Use your creativity so that you appear more attractive flag.
