SUNCOTE W 664 is a premium, high dilution semi-synthetic water based die lubricants for
pressure die casting of aluminium alloys.

SUNCOTE W 664 dilute easily with soft water and used with hand or automatic spray system.
Recommended initial dilution is 1:50 - 150 the optimum dilution depends on the casting size &
shape, die condition and lubricity requirements.
