I am K Venkateswarlu working in our organization as a District coordinator in


Khammam Dist.I have some pending amount (Rs 12000/-)for the purpose of working expenditure.
Particulars of payment Details:
1. Rs 3000/-settlement for Mr. D Bharath kumar, BCA of kamepalli Branch Govindrala village .I
was paid this amount with your consent.
2.Rs 5000/- settlement for two members of operators .we engaged them each one person Rs
6000/- per month .they were worked 20 days .after we terminate them .so I settle both Rs 5000/-of
amount with your consent.
3. Rs3000/- I was paid this amount for the purpose of Rent of conference hall (3 times)
I. Two times terminal trinning came from Integra h.o Ashok kumar sir
Ii.One time giving 10 members operators trinning
4. Two members of operators kept our terminals at home. So we settled Rs 1000/- and terminals
received from them.
All above payments are I paid with your permission. So please give me this amount.
5.Three months salary pending.

So please kindly give me this amount.
