Q3. Explain Inventory Management, its objectives and the different cost involved
under inventory management.
Q4. Mohan is a confectioner. He buys plastic boxes in bulk and uses them to pack
his chocolates. His annual requirement of boxes is 1200 and each box cost him Rs.
30. He has estimated that his ordering cost is Rs. 10 per order and his carrying cost
is 20%.
a) How many boxes should he order at a time so as to minimize his expenses?
b) If the supplier sells the boxes only in lots of 25, should we buy 50 or 75?
