4.resetting of Passwords
Password Maintenance
Before issuing a password please check the username
from the following menu in INB officer
Request->Find Username or
Request-> Query For CIF
Request->Find Username
Reactivation
If Customer status is Deactivate, it does mean that it
is not in use for more than 6 months
Before resetting of password for such username it
should be activated first
After reactivation Password can be reset for this
Username
Request->Reactivate Username
Request->Redispatch ID Pwd
