Password Maintenance

Customer can change Login/ Profile Password at his end


if he remembers the old one.
If he forgot the old password then it can be changed by
INB officer at the branch
In the process to change a Login Password a new PPK
will be issued to the customer.
If he has forgotten the Username also then it also can be
seen by INB officer but it can not be changed.

Password Maintenance
Before issuing a password please check the username
from the following menu in INB officer

Request->Find Username or
Request-> Query For CIF

Request->Find Username

Request->Query For CIF

Reactivation
If Customer status is Deactivate, it does mean that it
is not in use for more than 6 months
Before resetting of password for such username it
should be activated first
After reactivation Password can be reset for this
Username

Request->Reactivate Username

Request->Redispatch ID Pwd

Password Resetting by issuing a fresh PPK

Key in a fresh PPK No.

Customer can login with previous Username and Password in the


New PPK

If PPK is not available, Password can be dispatch by


system directly to customers address

Choose Dispatch Option

Please check the address particulars, as the


Password will be delivered on the same.

For Login Password

Select Forgot my password from the dropdown

If Username & Profile Password entered here correctly,


Login password will be dispatched to the customer on his
registered address.
If only Username entered correctly system will generate a
unique reference no. e.g. P0012345

Request->Reset Login/ Profile Pwd

Select Issue Kit

Key in a Fresh PP Kit number

Customer can login with previous


Username and Password in the New PPK

then click on Forgot Hint Answer

After resetting customer can login and
create a new Profile Password of his choice

Login with INB Officer


Request->Reset Login/ Profile Pwd

Profile Password will be reset here at


INB officer level and customer will be
asked to create new profile password on
his next login
