serve this notie to vacate the property located at #03 Bucag St. within NINETY DAYS(90)
days. The notice period shall begin upon receipt of this letter.
As a consideration for this early termination of contract, I shall waive my right to collect the
rental payments during said 90 day period.
Subsequently, you are hereby requested to surrender the keys to the property upon vacating
the same and ensure that the same is in good condition.
Again I apologize for this inconvenience brought upon by the personal decision of the owner to
use the said property and make improvements thereon.
