Daniel was able to assess through the use of observations, work samples and formal assessments. He would change his
program accordingly to suit the needs and abilities of the students as the lessons progressed. Daniel would reflect on what
worked and where he needed to go next. Using these assessments and his demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum he
was able to make relevant lesson sequences in Key Learning Areas.

Daniel was.able to reflect critically on his teaching and Iisiened to feedback to assist him in setting acheivable goals for
students. He. looked at .the level of engagement of the students and their understanding through questioning to also
evaluate his program.
Daniel used a variety of resources such as hands on materials, environmental print, posters, music, IWB to enhance the
learning experience.
