Critical Thinking-Reflection

Must write a paragraph reflecting on how you - Establish respect and rapport, a culture
for learning, and show professionalism. Pictures are a great way to show a positive
environment. Even just pictures of you classroom itself - inviting and happy :-)

Discuss how you developed respect and rapport within your classroom. Talk about how
you encourage a positive culture for learning and showed your professionalism. You
can discuss some of the challenges you had in this area or why this is so important. Be
sure to discuss/show growth - site some examples of how you asses your growth - what
evidence is there that students do respect you and others in your classroom?
