Adding new contacts


Press on review at the top of the screen and then go down to new
comment
This will come up

Creating Distribution lists


Press on mailing from the options at the top
Then choose start mail merge

Then click on step by step mail merge wizard

Sending emails to a distribution list


Press on file,
then save and send.

Then choose how you want to send it. E.g. send using
email

Setting Margins
On a word document click on page layout and then click margins.
Then select what type of margin you want.

Setting page orientation and paper type


Press on page layout
Orientation
And then landscape of portrait

Setting up columns
On Microsoft word, click on page layout and then columns

Then select your preferred column

Space before or after a paragraph


First press on home and then go down to this
button

Then choose your preferred size from the list.

Fully Justify text


Highlight the text you want to justify and go onto home, and press onto this option

Changing line spacing


Select the text you want to highlight.
Click on this option and choose your spacing from the drop list.

The difference between SERIF and


SANS-SERIF
A serif font has decorations such as swirls and curls etc.
Serif means without
An example of a serif font is time new roman
A example of a san serif font Is Arial black or Arial

Creating Bullet Point Lists and changing

To add or delete and row or column, you have to right click on the
collumn and then choose one of the options
Another way to add a row is to click on the lower right hand cell of the
table
