U-SEE-U-ACT
U-SEE-U-ACT focuses on changing the mindset and behaviour of the workforce that
will:

Want to work safely (be motivated)

Know how to work safely (be skilled to do so)
Believe it is possible to work safely (be convinced)
See and judge risks competently (have risk skills)

We shall reduce the unsafe acts or behaviours to reduce the number of injuries and
property damages. We do it not because it is our job, we do it because it is the
right thing to do. We want to build a safety culture among us.
What is an Unsafe Act?
An UNSAFE ACT is the behaviour observed during performance of a task or any
activity that is conducted in a manner that may threaten the health and/or safety
of workers. E.g.:
Bypass or removal of safety devices
Using defective equipment
Not wearing corrective PPE
