GOOOOOOAAAALLLL!! This is one of the amazing things you can experience here in the
city of Manchester, United Kingdom. Aside from world-renowned soccer, Manchester is an
exciting city because it has everything you need. This includes luxurious shops, a full
transportation system, a thriving economy, some manufacturing, a little traditional agriculture,
historic places, wonderful restaurants, and classic religion. It is one of the cities of opportunity
in the United Kingdom.
Manchester is so easy to get around in because of its complete transportation system.
There are buses and cars, including cabs, just like New York. Also, there is a train station and
airport. It does have a subway; the tram system is called Metrolink. Because of all these ways to
travel, you can experience everything Manchester has to offer.
While you are moving around town, you can take part in the results of a strong market
economy. According Midas, There are 1.14 million people working in Greater Manchester in
93,000 businesses. The ten local authorities of Greater Manchesterrepresent the largest
functional economic area outside London, with a population of 2.6 million and gross value added
(GVA) of 46 billion. Here the company explains the citys economic system is strong. One of
the largest factories in the city is Kellogg's. In fact, this factory is the largest of that companys
18 plants worldwide.

Manchester. Since the city has grown, there is no longer much agriculture within the city limits.
The local currency is the pound, which converts to $1.56. There is plenty of food and shopping.
Three of the most-liked restaurants are My Lahore, which serves Asian, Indian, and Italian
cuisines, Lotus Vegetarian Kitchen, which serves vegetarian and Chinese cuisines, and
Alexandros Greek Restaurant, which serves you guessed it Greek cuisine. All of these facts
declare the power of the Manchester economy.
Although you might think of an English city as mostly Caucasian, this one is actually one
of the most diverse cities in the world. Culturally, Manchester really does have it all. It even has
an IB program in its school system. As far as colleges go, situated in the heart of Manchester is
the Royal Northern College of Music. Formed in 1973, RNCM has been for many years the first
choice institution for aspiring professional musicians in the UK and overseas, offering both
undergraduate and post-graduate degree courses (Midas online). Surprisingly, Manchester has
one of the top music schools in the world.
