Leek and Potato Soup-
Soup- topped with fried potato nest

Avocado Caesar-
Caesar- topped with asiago and parmesan cheese

Black bean and corn fritters finished with a sweet chili sauce.

Entrée:
(your choice of one)

Chicken Roulade-
Roulade- stuffed with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and roasted squash,
served atop a tomato risotto.

Jerk Fried Tilapia Filet-


Filet- served with black beans and rice and finished with a banana coconut
sauce.
Shredded Beef Tostada-
Tostada- served with black beans and rice on a tostada shell with caramelized
onions and finished with our homemade queso sauce.

Dessert:

Pecan and Rum Raisin Bread Pudding-


Pudding- finished with a light cinnamon sauce.
Homemade Chocolate Chip Brownie-
Brownie- with ice cream and chocolate ganache.

Chicken Tortilla Soup-


Soup- topped with fresh diced avocado.
Ensalada de Casa-
Casa- tossed in our house mojito dressing with red onion, diced pears, and dried
cranberries and topped with crumbled blue cheese.
Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese-
Cheese with herb crostinins.
Entrée:
(your choice of one)

Black and Blue Sirloin Steak-


Steak- served with roasted new potatoes, sautéed haricot verts and
finished with a bourbon demi glace.

Chicken Roulade-
Roulade- stuffed with shrimp, scallop, black beans and goat cheese, served alongside
whipped sweet potatoes finished with roasted red pepper sauce.

Thai Basil Shrimp Curry-


Curry- with an array of vegetables served with rice noodles and finished
with toasted ground peanuts.

Homemade Coconut Flan-


Flan- topped with toasted coconut and whipped cream.
