To apply for a personal mailbox at ZTE, visit it.zte.com.cn and select "Apply Online", "Lotus Notes", and "Apply for Personal Mailbox". Fill in required information such as your telephone number and provide a description of why you need a mailbox. The administrator will then set the validity period and mailbox size and activate the service type selected. All application information belongs to ZTE and must not be spread externally without permission.

How to Apply Personal Mailbox


1. Visit it.zte.com.cn, and then select the following one by one: Apply Online---Lotus
Notes---Service Type: Lotus Notes--- Apply for Personal Mailbox, finally click Submit.

Remark: Please check the submitted contents carefully:


Users Tel: you must fill this item.
Validity Period: The administrator will set this item for you.
Service Type and Service Activated by: The related personnel will fill them
automatically after you choose the service type.
Mailbox Size: The administrator will set this item for you.
Application Description: Please explain the detailed reasons or conditions for applying for the
personal mailbox. (please write under mymail01.zte.com.cn)
