Site description report, including topography, slopes, ridges etc.

Soil investigation Report or basis for design values used.

Soft copy of Architectural & Structural Drawings (foundations,
columns, beam floor slab, roof & joints), Analysis & Design with
specifications of material used

Detailed drawings of Electrification with specification of material
used
8.
Detailed drawings of Plumbing System with specification of
material used
9.
Three hard copies of design documents duly signed both by the
owner and the designer. (one copy will be returned back with
comments)
Case -1: Cast In Situ
1.
Design Criteria including the following:
a. Codes and Standards
b. Design Loads, including Seismic Design Parameters
c. Material Strength and Properties (Modulus of elasticity, Poissons
ratio etc.)
d. Structural System
e. Software used, Preferably use any of the following software.
1. SAP 2000
2. E-Tab
3. STAAD Pro

Structural Analysis Report covering following:
`
a. At least 2D computer model frames in mutually orthogonal
direction.
b. Soft copy of input files
c. Backup calculations used for input data
d. Design Stress Checks for all Structural members and
displacement at key locations.

Case 2: Prefabricated Structures

Literature from supplier covering:
a. Technical and commercial aspects
b. Performance characteristics of joints and connections
c. Period since this structural system has been in use.
d. Precedents of the use of this structural system in other seismic
areas of the World
e. Details of attachments of non structural elements with structural
system.

Status

Note:
1. Time period for approval and/or comments, from NESPAK will be three
weeks.
2. ERRAs present policy supports pre-fabricated construction and fast
construction technologies only for temporary or transitionary structures.
Therefore, NESPAK shall undertake review of such structures if ERRA
allows the same for particular activity.
