Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about a holiday you arranged for me.
Unfortunately, it was not as I expected it to be.
To begin with, our bus reached the destination three hours later than planned.
I must mention that the trip was stressful and the bus driver made some
incautious overtakes that made us shiver of fear. In addition, when we arrived at
the hotel it was the shock of my life. It was completely different from the one
you showed us on the brochure. To make matters worse, there were no single
rooms left, as a consequence, I had to share a room with another tourist for a
week.
I was utterly surprised when I found out that the breakfast was not included
into the holiday price as it was highlighted in the advertisement and most of the
dishes had a strange smell and heavily seasoned which caused some indigestion
for most of us.
Furthermore, I was disgusted when I discovered that the room overlooked a
gloomy view on an old factory and litter.
Considering all the above, I believe I am entitled to a partial refund. I hope
that you will take into consideration this matter before we get in touch with a
lawyer to sue your agency.
