Seminar Preparation & Evaluation Guidelines
All M.E. II Electronics Students are informed to note the following points regarding Final Seminar Presentation.
Guidelines for Preparation
Select the topic of Seminar based on your interest which is not directly related to your project title. You can take seminar topic of your project domain but not exactly related to your project title. Discuss the selected topic in detail with guide. If Topic is already covered in the previous years or with in same batch, than its necessary to highlight other features in seminar for the students registering later on. Material should be taken from authenticate references like Books E-books IEEE/International/National journals, transactions or conference papers. Authentic white papers Literature published by reputed Institution After going through this procedure register your topic with one page Abstract. Students should use power point / flash slide show for presentation The primary motto of the seminar is: To be able to search a technical details on a particular topic( Students should be able to search from all the possible resources) Technical Details should be updated. Evaluation guidelines : Evaluation is based on 1. The student has searched or worked on selected topic. 2. The depth of technical aspects. 3. Presentation. Verbal presentation Preparation of Power point /flash presentation Preparation of seminar report. 4. Question Answer session Students should prepare according to guidelines with the guidance of guide. In case, if Jury rates your seminar below average / poor then there will be repeat presentation.
