upgrade the performance and improvement of English programmes at the PPD, JPN and English Panel.

To increase the English Language performance in public examinations by strengthening the foundation of writing paragraphs and essays.

To mobilize existing human resources such as school administrators, English teachers, Excellent Teachers, the SISC+, the
Lead Trainers, the PPD officers as well as the JPN officers to
help in improving the English performance in schools

To provide fun-learning activities for students in order to


boost their interests towards English.
