Adiabatic Flame Temperature

1) The document discusses calculating adiabatic flame temperature (AFT) for different fuel gas compositions and conditions. 2) Exercise 1 calculates the AFT of a fuel gas containing 96% CH4 burned with theoretical air to be 2300K. Using different heat capacity expressions gives values between 2319K and 2643K. 3) Exercise 2 looks at the effect of excess air on AFT, finding values of 2034K for 20% excess air and 1819K for 50% excess air.
