The Network Diagram and Gantt

Using the Open Source Program OpenProj

Go into the Gantt window (not tracking Gantt)


1. Then type in the dependencies under the relevant
column
2. Then type in the durations under the relevant column

Now you can generate the first draft network diagram


1. Click View and then network Diagram
2. It will then generate the diagram showed in this slide

1. Now click View and then Gantt
2. The result is as indicated on the screen
3. Red indicates the critical path
