General Objective:
To have an opportunity to apply knowledge, skills and attitude in giving service, restoration and maintenance of health and

wealth through application of basic nursing concepts and processes we learned in school
Specific Objectives:
To be familiarize to the operating room set up and general procedure done in the area
To assist clients through out the operation
To adapt to the area and to get myself trained to see actual operations done in the operating room

Learning
Since it was not my first time to go in Magalalag West
I'm still excited, nervous and anxious. It was exciting
and fun. I learned to be independent from doing our
responsibilities. During our 6 days stay in Community I
must say that I learned a lot of things there. Being
patient, industrious and resourceful those three things
we must bear in our mind to do our tasks correctly. We
conducted health education to the Day Care Pupils in
Magalalag West. We are so very happy at that time
because many of the kids are showing their talents and
they are so "bibo". It was fun to teach them on how to
use crayons and we even teach them and help them
how to put colors in the coloring papers we gave to
them. One thing only you need for you to have a
successful activity is Patience. Our groups

cooperation and Our clinical instructors skills and


knowledge greatly helped me. Success of ones
duty is not bases on the condition of the client but
rather how we perceive ourselves as a student

certain task. The feeling of fulfilment I have makes
me believe that as long as I love what Im doing,
there can be hundreds of thousands people in this
world that I can offer my service.
