Refer to the above matter our Reminder Letter to you dated 8/1/20xx.
We note with concern that to date you have not paid the rental for October 20xx of RM 1,xxx-00
which has been overdue for 14 days and outstanding utilities charges of RM 3xx-50

Please be informed you that you have failed to pay the outstanding amount of RM 1,xxx23. The details of the aforesaid sums are as follows:(a) The sum of RM 1,xxx-00 being outstanding rental for the month of Jan20xx;
(b) The sum of RM 1xx-20 being outstanding the Electricity charges as at 3/12/20xx; and
(c) The sum of RM 7x-03 being outstanding the Water charges as at 31/12/20xx.
As such, we strongly urge you to make payment of RM 1,xxx-23 by 27/1/20xx
to avoid disconnection of electricity.
