WAIVER OF RIGHT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


TERRY ANN S. CARNACETE, of legal age, resident of and with post office
address at Manoc-manoc, Malay Aklan, Philippines, freely and spontaneously
declares and makes manifest:
That I am a member of Malay Boracay Vendors-Peddlers-MasseursManicurists Association;
That my daughter YASMIN PAULINE CARNACETE intends and has the
capacity to become a member of the aforementioned association;
That since I am now frequently staying in Kalibo, Aklan, I am willing to
turn over my membership with the said association to my said daughter;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I
hereby waive, renounce and quitclaim all right over my membership with Malay
Boracay Vendors-Peddlers-Masseurs-Manicurists Association to YASMIN
PAULINE CARNACETE who is of legal age, Filipino, single and resident of
Manoc-manoc, Malay Aklan.
