The Biology EOC will be on April 27th and 28th. Unit 3a notebooks will be graded on March 5th and 6th. By April 26th, students must complete 15 USA Test Prep assignments scoring 100% and one test scoring 80% or higher. Students have until April 26th to complete this work for full credit. There are two more CDAs and notebook grades left before the end of the year. The teachers outline expectations for students to have only their materials on their desk, work on Test Prep daily, complete their notebooks, and study nightly for the remaining CDAs. Parents are asked to help their child meet these expectations and contact the teachers if needed.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Our EOC for Biology will be on April 27th and April 28th.
Unit 3a Chromosomes, DNA and RNA, CDA is March 5th and 6th. Unit notebooks will
be graded that day.
April 26th USA test prep assignments are due:
15 assignments scoring 100%
1 large test scoring 80% or higher
Any replacement practices 100%
We will enter zeros on March 5th, 2015. Your student has until April 26th to complete
the work for full credit.
We have 2 CDAs left for the year and 2 notebook grades left. Please closely monitor
your childs grade in Infinite campus via parent portal.
Our class expectations for the rest of the year:
1. I will have my notebook, pen/ pencil on my desk at the beginning of class.
Nothing else will be on my desk. All cell phones, binders, backpacks, lotions,
brushes etc. will be put away. I understand that if I have anything else on my
desk it will be taken away and returned at the end of the day.
2. I will work on USA test prep every single day for Biology. By April 26th, I will
have scored an 80% on a large test and taken 15 or more practices scoring 100%
on each.
3. I will complete every page of my notebook either in class or at home using
AnnMarieAlford.weebly.com.
4. I will study for my last 3 CDAs every night. I will focus on vocabulary and my
jeopardy questions.
