This classroom is designed to promote the use of daily integration of technology through
instruction. This particular design includes adequate transitional space for students to freely and
actively engage with their peers and teacher all while using technology. The visible thinking
routines can be supported by the use of technological resources provided as well as the variety of
stations and workspace provided. Thus allowing the teacher to promote transfer and higher order
thinking readily amongst students. To prepare students to utilize all functions of classroom
design the teacher must educate students on correct behavior when handling equipment as well
as fair use/acceptable policy as it relates to content on the Internet. Modeling as well as
frequent/continuous monitoring are essential and necessary.
