This document describes the effects of several conditions in combat: - Dazed characters grant combat advantage and can take a standard, move, or minor action each turn but no immediate actions or opportunity attacks. - Prone characters grant combat advantage to melee attackers, get a bonus to defenses against ranged attacks from nonadjacent enemies, take a penalty to attack rolls, and can drop prone as a minor action. - Deafened characters can't hear anything and take a penalty to Perception checks.

DEAFENED
You cant hear anything.

BLINDED
You grant combat
advantage.
You cant see any target
(total concealment).
-10 to Perception checks.
You cant flank an enemy.

DOMINATED
Youre dazed:

You grant combat


advantage.
Take either a standard,
move, or minor action on

opportunity attacks.
You cant flank an enemy.

The dominating creature


chooses your actions
(powers eligible, but
only at-wills).

BLISTERING
Ongoing 2 Acid damage
(apply at the start of
each of your turns).
-2 penalty to attack rolls.
Save ends both (try each
round at the end of your
turn).
