Notice for Pre-Application Meeting


(for Allotment of Schedule I Coal Mines to Government Companies)

1. Pre-Application Meeting will be held at 1500 hours on Friday January 30, 2015 at
the following venue.
Ghalib Conference Hall
SCOPE Convention Centre
Core No. 8, SCOPE Complex
7, Lodhi Road
New Delhi 110003
2. The entry is restricted to Applicants only. A maximum of three representatives per
Applicant will be permitted entry. The Applicants representative shall be
permitted into Pre-Application Meeting only on production of authority letter from
the Applicant and respective identification documents.
3. The Applicants are advised to send an email to [email protected] with the details of
Applicants representatives who will be attending the Pre-Application Meeting, on
or before January 29, 2015, 12 noon. The email should clearly bear the following
subject line: Pre-Application Meeting Participants.
4. The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
(a) Address by the Nominated Authority
(b) Presentation on the allotment process by SBICAPs (Transaction Advisor)
(c) Presentation and demo of e-auction platform by MSTC
(d) Open house session to address queries of Applicants
