Time-Table For An Aspirant: by Swami Sivananda

The document outlines a sample daily schedule for spiritual aspirants, allocating time for activities like asana, pranayama, meditation, scripture study, service, and mantra writing while also including rest periods. The schedule is presented as an ideal that balances spiritual practice with physical exercise and was observed by a young aspirant during his time at the Ashram. While only two hours are formally dedicated to japa and meditation, the note encourages remembering the Lord constantly throughout the day.
