1. A resident makes an inquiry about obtaining a barangay clearance. The clerk accepts the inquiry and provides a blank form. 2. The resident fills out the form and submits it. The clerk checks the entries and either accepts the completed form or returns it if information is incomplete. 3. The completed form is submitted to the barangay chairman for signature. The chairman accepts and signs the barangay clearance. 4. The signed clearance is returned to the clerk, who accepts and seals it before releasing it to the resident.
