Today we are going to watch a film clip that shows where apples are grown.
We will learn how the apple farmer looks after the apple trees so that they can produce lots
of healthy fruit.
Use our computer skills to gather information about the science of growing apple trees and
the lifecycle of the apple.
We will create a poster on the subject of apple trees, in our small groups of four.

Assessment:
The lesson objectives will have been met if students
have successfully researched, collated and uploaded
information about growing apple trees and the lifecycle
of the apple. Assessment will be enabled by the
teachers review of group posters uploaded onto the
Kidblog site.
