Introduction
Launching satellites and space vehicles is an expensive activity. The risks are high
and the rewards are even higher. Reducing the risks is a major objective of any
organization planning to launch vehicles into space. A tool available to planners is
software such as the Systems Tool Kit (STK).
In this activity you will learn how to model an orbiting satellite and ground-based
tracking stations.

Procedure
1 Launch the STK software.
2 Select Help on the pop up or in the title bar click Help then STK Help.

1 What scenario can you envision the STK software modeling?
Creating a space station that revolves in either LEO or MEO orbit and finding any
abnormal anomlies when satelire is researching earth or any other planet.
7 What limitations do you suspect this software might have for modeling a
scenario?
The limitations the software might have for modeling scenario is not being able to
create a identical or lifelike planet and allowing us to add continitest, magnetic
orbits and postion due to having low software useage.
