This is to bring under your kind notice that in compliance of Office Order No.:- 521/2014
Dated: 28.06.2014 of, have joined on 21.11.2015 (F.N.) under
It is expected that the office of will start functioning within a month and till such time, I
have to discharge my duty at Vidyut Bhavan.
Under the above stated fact, it is my request to book me one bed at Salt Lak Guest
House initially for 4 (four) days w.e.f. 27.01.2015, which may kindly be extended on further
requisition.
You are requested to exercise your good office for booking of one no. bed in favour of
me.
