Executive Summary
This presentation outlines the lack of organizational
structure at Zeems Company. It describes the situation
the company is currently facing as they lack proper flow
of structure in terms of individual's duties and roles at the
company. Zeems is a privately held manufacturing
company in Des Moines, IA. They manufacture controllers
for hog barn. As the company is expanding their business,
they are encountering the organizational structure
problem. The president of the company is currently
performing 3 duties - HR responsibilities, Project Manager
and Project Controller. Along with describing the situation,
the presentation also addresses the problems and goes
on providing recommendations for Zeems to be
