Full Cycle Staff Evaluation A full cycle evaluation was completed under the supervision of

the on-site Supervisor. Belfasts policy and procedures using Ted


Workbook were investigated and followed within the process.
Included were a pre-conference meeting, observation, postconference meeting, video-taping and a peer review session. A
report was written which gives full details of the process used and
outcomes.
