Create Your Own Team Building Activity

This activity divides participants into small groups to design and present a new team-building challenge. Each group is given 15-20 minutes to create an activity they believe their group can do better than others. All groups then present their activities while attempting to outperform other groups' challenges. This requires elements of teamwork like creativity, communication, problem-solving and time management. The facilitator checks on groups' progress and encourages out-of-the-box thinking for a challenging and engaging team-building exercise.
