Third Grade's Weekly Newsletter: March 23, 2015

Third grade students at Lanier Elementary School have several upcoming events and tests in March including Wonderful Wednesday, a pizza fundraiser, a science olympiad, and a field trip to Warbington Farms. This week students are learning elapsed time in math, comparing and contrasting in reading, and simple and complex sentences in writing. Homework is due Friday and includes math practice, a math sheet, spelling words, and reading for 20 minutes. The PTO is also hosting a Love Connections fundraiser on March 27th to benefit music, PE, art, and computer programs.
