ORDER
It appearing that the herein accused REYNALDO
DANTES y RELEVO may be placed on probation under
existing laws and regulations, the Application For Probation
filed by him on December 18, 2014 is hereby given DUE
COURSE.
Consequently, the Probation Officer of the Makati City
Parole and Probation Office, 16th Floor, Makati City Hall
Building, City of Makati is hereby directed to conduct a PostSentence Investigation (PSI) on the subject accusedapplicant and submit a Post-Sentence Investigation Report
(PSIR) to this Court within sixty (60) days from receipt of a
copy of this Order.
Pending
consideration
and/or
approval
of
his
application, the accused-applicant may be placed under the
custody of a responsible member of the community who
shall guarantee his appearance whenever required by the
court. However, considering that the accused is incapable of
filing a bail for his temporary liberty and it appearing that no
one undertook to take the accused in his/her/its custody, the
accused-applicant will remain under the custody of the Jail

Warden of the Makati City Jail, where he is presently
detained. Said Jail Warden shall guarantee the defendants
appearance whenever required by this Court, pending
submission of the investigation report and the resolution of
