Eco Club Report

On February 7th, 2015, the Eco-Club of SIA College of Higher Education organized an Eco-Exhibition with the Eco-Echo NGO, which included various environmental competitions in the college auditorium. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Mrs Padmja Arvind and Eco-Echo NGO members at 10:30am. Students from various departments participated in competitions on environmental model making, poster making, and creating items from waste, with the goals of raising awareness and generating solutions for environmental issues. The judges evaluated the competitions and selected winners in each category.

Eco-Club Report

1. On 7th February 2015 Eco-Exhibition was organised by Eco-Club of the SIA


College of Higher Education, Dombivli (East) along with Eco-Echo NGO in
which various competitions were held in the college Auditorium.
2. The inauguration of the of the Exhibition was done by cutting the ribbon at
10.30am. by Honourable Dr. Mrs Padmja Arvind and Members of Eco-Echo
NGO.
3. The First Competition wason Model Makingin which students of FYBCom
had prepared around 22 models related to various Environmental Problems and
they had given presentations related to it.
4. The second Competition was related to Poster Making,students of
FYBCOM,FYBMS and other streams had prepared various Posters to generate
awareness about environment.
5. The third Competitionwas on the theme Best out of Waste, and various
things were displayed by students in the exhibition related to the theme.
6. The judges evaluated the competitions and selected the winners.
