-Put the napkin on the table and clear the tissue

-Stand by at in front of the restaurant, greeting to the guest and assist the
guest to their table

7:20pm 11pm

-Always refill coffee, tea and water


-Help to take out the plates when it turn to dirty or the guest finished their
dish
-Clean up and reset the table setting when the guest leave
-Collect all the dirty utensils and send to washing area
-Learn to fulfill all the guest request
-Wipe the cutlery
-Collect all the dirty napkin and table cloth put on in to plastic bag
-Refill all the sections sugar box and toothpick
