Learning condition

The learning condition will be for Function and principal of contactors in fifth trimester in curriculum (EM-5), and
the course will in lap in TTCollege 4.144B. Also, the student will get the new experience for controlling the
Electrical motor using contactors.

2. Students condition
The students condition for trainees how I will teach in classroom. They are good trainees, quiets, and smart , they
came from many CT in KSA. So we have different cultures and different ages. In this moments I will give some
information for the trainees. They are 10 trainees from: Madinah, Maccah, Abhaa, Qateef, Taif, Najran, and
Qassim. Also, They are age between 22 to 26 years old.

3. Classroom condition
In my lesson I will not using class room, but, I will use the lap as I said 4.144B. This classroom for Electrical
Department and asked Mr. Wolf and about the lap are the media works and I cheek before the lesson, and it have
any problem I will ask the college technician to fixed the PC and projector if it have problem.

4. College condition
Technical Trainers College is first college in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia teach Trainer. TVTC contract with (GIZ) this
Germany government company provide the bachelor of engineering and vocational pedagogy. Also, GIZ is
responsible for get equipment and good teach from many counters in the world.

Curriculum Analysis:
This is the curriculum analysis of TTC fifth trimester course (ELT 287) .The course's name is Function principle
of contactors. This course refers to electrical technology department. In this course describes what kind of
contactors. This course will be taken in electrical machines and it has three credit hours of GPA. Also contact
hours are ate practical hours a week. The total hours for whole trimester are ( 48 )hours.
Course description:
This course presents the study the controlling for motors by contactors and give an idea how it work and
the terminal points of the contactors and normally open and normally close, also how the contactors works.
Content Analysis:
In this topic I will explain the contactors, terminal points, controlling and types, how we use it and how it work
and how we can use the contactors for controlling the motors. After that I will drawing on white board also let the
students make an experiment for contactors and make on-off circuit.
Also, the students should have some knowledge before for:
1) Normally open & close terminal points.
2) The magnetic field.
3) Electrical motors.
This lesson connected with the (AC 3~ motors) because the three phase motor explain in this lesson with more
details.

Didactic Analysis:
Here I will give students some information about contactors and I will by give them advice and
guidance to work with them and we are also doing a small experiment in the laboratory and also we
will draw the connection for students.

1. Didactic principals I will apply :

1.1. Principle of vividness:


By draw the circuit with students, and change the way of teaching. And will better when use different colors.
1.2. Principle of method changes:
The trainer uses different method ( Questioning - Explanation - searching ) and
(Group Work) & (Individual Work) because not all trainees understand the lesson when the trainer
uses one method.
1.3. Principle of practical relevance:
The trainer does the experiment for the trainees to understand how the contactor works in practical
not just in theoretical and they not forgetting ever.
1.4. Principle of motivation:
By using an experiment t in the work shop and give idea how it work in real live.
