1. Fixed tone setting page display error on https connected.
2. Fixed FXO generate flash event issue when received SIP-INFO message.
3. Fixed FXO not respond when received SIP-INFO carrying digit 0 to 9
4. Fixed not sending priority codec issue in 200 OK messages when received
invites call without SDP.
Feature and Function Added
1. Extend FXO dial out digits length from 19 to 23.
2. Changed the internal structure of the system.
