PROPOSAL TO DO CASE STUDY REGARDING INTELLIGENT BUILDING


We are student of Bachelor Science(Hons.) of Construction management from Universiti Teknologi
Mara Shah Alam, Selangor under Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying. We have been
given an assignment to conduct a case study regarding Intelligent Building. Therefore, we would like
to choose Building of Ministry of Women, Family, and community developmer as our case study.

We are required to visit certain area which are control room, HVAC room, staff office, toilet,
Control panel room for fire fighting andat your building in order to observe the system of intelligent
building that been used in the building . We also need to observe whether the system of intelligent
building influence the efficiency of the building management.
