Whitney Final Evaluation

Whitney Illsley completed her Practical Nursing clinical placement from January to April 2014. Her clinical instructor provided an overall positive evaluation, noting that Whitney practiced in a safe, professional, and ethical manner. She communicated well with patients, staff, and peers, and developed strong relationships with several patients. Whitney also advocated effectively for patients and worked well independently and as part of a team. While her critical thinking skills require ongoing development, she handled difficult situations and problems by putting patients' needs first. Her clinical instructor was pleased with Whitney's performance and believes she will be a wonderful nurse.
