Please describe any areas of strength or concern in regard to the students performance

Shannon continues to demonstrate she is able to understand and execute task related to child
welfare. She is always willing to assist assigned case managers with needed task. She observes
weekly parenting time and provide detailed case notes while accurately assessing the observed
parent. Additionally, Shannon has started to review policy and understand how it shapes practice
trends.

reference the students Learning Plan specific practice outcomes to determine the rating.
