I used this book as a source because it gave me a good idea of what people thought of Abraham
Lincoln at that time, as opposed to today. This source contains different perspectives from
different people of Lincolns time, many of which were very close to him.

This book was probably my most helpful source. It contained a lot of information directly
related to what I was looking for, which was information about Lincolns true thoughts on
slavery and how it threatened the Union.

This site gave me a picture of Lincoln and some slaves. I feel like this picture tells a lot because
it shows Lincoln wasnt afraid to come in close contact with African Americas, which many
racist white people didnt like to do at the time.
